Cascade Vehicle Shipping is a good service with friendly people (Kimberly Freiley was excellent over the phone). Very friendly, prompt and good customer service. They did keep me updated on the status of my order and was confident working with Kimberly. She made the ordering process very easy and not as stressful as a previous shipping company I had tried to use. The car arrived with no damage as expected. The price for shipment form CT to CA was about the average, but decided on Cascade based on Kimberly's friendly personality and professionalism. Overall positive experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping, the only issue I had was with the driver/service they used, 1 Usa Carriers Inc. They arrived days before they quoted, and on the day of shipment arrived late in the night when was told would arrive between 12 noon and 3pm, they showed up around 9pm instead, again days early, making hard to be here to sing and pay for the car . I would use Cascade Vehicle Shipping again but not if they used the same driver/carrier, just to vague about delivery times and and estimate for delivery day was way off.I would suggest using Cascade, ask for Kim who is great, and double check the carrier they will be using for you to make sure they also have a good review. Overall please with Cascade Vehicle Shipping, they did a good job.

I wish the carrier could have been more precise on their estimates, but I guess that's why they call the estimates :) Anyway, wish I could have done more to help you.
