Diane Seeley with Cascade Vehicle Shipping was 100%...Fantastic! It is scary to think about shipping your car from Ohio to California. Our mechanic and friend had gotten the car in perfect shape for our daughter in California. We were concerned when we read reviews which told of terrible circumstances- cars damaged, and in some cases lost or stolen, never to be seen by the owners again.
When Diane got in touch with me I couldn't believe how lucky I was! I had just been scanning reviews of companies I was planning to use. Ouch! They were awful and the customer service I personally experienced was even worse. That's when Diane from Cascade reached me. I could hear the caring and concern about serving me in her voice. I'm a big nut about customer service. If I don't like what I hear I just hang up. Diane was the real deal.
I reached Diane every time I called. She was always upbeat and helpful (even near closing time) with every question I had before, during and after the shipment. She was diligent in reaching me by land or cell phone, e-mailing me, and leaving voice mail on both phones. She has great communication skills, both in getting ahold of someone and in just talking to you and listening.
