Overall I was satisfied with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. At the beginning I was a little frustrated due to the delay in picking-up my vehicle. I had thoughts of canceling the order all together. The only reason I didn't cancel my order is due to the outstanding customer service from Mrs Kimerberly Freily. She provided great customer service. She explained the reasons for the delay in picking up my vehicle was due to the holidays and she kept me informed of her outstanding efforts to locate a carrier to pick-up and eliver my vehicle. Last, Cascade is very lucky to have such an outstanding employee on their team. Mrs Kimberly actions made up for the short coming of the company. In many instances, a company's medium performance can be over-looked by great customer service. Of course I am currently working in Afghanistan so I have had to rely on my family to inform me on the condition of the vehicle when it arrived at the destination. My mother informed me the vehicle was not damaged as far as she could see. Thanks Cascade thanks Mrs Kimberly.
