Cascade is a good company & provides unusually great customer service. My main problem was that the first truckiing company they used wasn't good - especially because the driver was a real jerk and ended up making this very stressful. Things got off to a rocky start - weather and a family crisis prevented me from meeting the driver first assigned to my car. On the 3rd scheduled day, I wasn't able to get confirmation of the pick up from the driver until 3 pm. We were supposed to meet at 8 pm and the driver didn't call me until 10 pm. There was no way I would do this at 11 pm at night and the driver was so rude I didn't want to trust my car to him. But, the next day Diane asked for a 2nd chance and quickly found another trucker (Fastway Transport). Everything went very well after that; the driver was responsive & accommodating. It took longer than planned due to bad winter roads, but the car arrived in good condition. I would say, definitely use Cascade, but ask them not to assign your car to Mobile Transport.
