I have never used a transport carrier before. Jeff explained the process to me and made it so easy to understand. After I got the dates from all parties involved, I spoke with Jeff and he put my request out on the "board" and within a few hours I was scheduled for pick-up. My car was picked up on time and delivered a couple of days early!! Throughout the coordination, Cascade and Jeff were available to answer questions quickly and efficiently either over the phone or through an email. I would definitely use Cascade again if the opportunity presents itself and I will most definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a transport service. Thanks Cascade and Jeff....it was a great experience!
