This was the first time I had a car shipped and everything went very well. There was one thing that kept me from giving Cascade a perfect score was they did not tell me that the car should be washed for proper inspection. When driver picked up my car, he noted that the car was dirty and could not properly inspected. This would have been an issue if there were any disputes. It would be nice to get a list of "things to do" before shipping. But I would use Cascade again.
