This review is long overdue (my apologies to Jeff!) for a transport that Cascade Vehicle Shipping did for me back in June/July of this year.

I was moving from Texas to Arizona and in contemplating if my Taurus would make it or not, a friend suggested I get in touch with Cascade Vehicle Shipping as he used them (and only them!) when moving any of his collectible cars.

Needless to say I opted not to trust the old Taurus to the road but instead to this company and I am so thankful for an absolute breeze of a journey. From the initial quote to the day it was dropped off, I was given near white glove service and attention by Jeff at Cascade.

We spoke after the initial quote and he explained every step in detail. We spoke again as he guided me through what I needed to do so that my daughter could hand over the keys to the transport folks (I had already begun the road trip). He followed up during the transit, and again after the car arrived. His attention to detail and understanding of my particular situation was so much appreciated.

When you're picking up your entire life and taking it slightly across country as well as bearing the bit of pain that comes with leaving family behind, the last thing you need is to worry endlessly about the competency of the folks carrying out some of the details. And I am so thankful to have been referred to this company - they feel like that good old fashioned neighborhood family business that you come back to again and again, even if it's just to sit and have a cup of coffee!
