Delayed and more expensive, but they gave us a break on cost

the initial quote was for a pick up that didn't have any takers within our window of availability. We left messages and got late responses and finally found out that We'd have to get our vehicle to a city 3 hours south to get it picked up in the foreseeable future. This second location was more expensive, but the company offered to take a 100 dollar hit themselves for the bump up. I appreciated the gesture, but it would have been a lot less expensive and nerve wracking for us to have been able to move the vehicle to the second pick up point ourselves had we known before we flew out of state. I would possible use again, but not if I was limited in my pick up options or time frame. the representative was sincerely apologetic and I do understand that there is no promise that a carrier will be found within the necessary time frame.

I know your move took a little longer then first anticipated, sometimes northern California can be a tough location, but I am glad that you received your vehicle and that everything went fine.
