I am really impressed by the way my vehicle's shipping was handled by Jeff Newell, 360-834-7898, at Cascade. Great customer service!! This being my first time, I was a little skeptical, actually scared of the whole process but people at Cascade made it real easy for me. They were very honest in their approach and were always available to answer my questions. Thanks everyone from Kim to Jeff to the people who answer the phone. I also wanna mention Todd, the driver who transported my vehicle. Todd was very helpful and accommodating. I fully recommend Cascade to anyone wanting to ship their vehicle.
