We had the good fortune to find Cascade Vehicle Shipping to arrange transport of a vintage Corvette that was purchased in near perfect condition. Thanks to Jeff at Cascade! He very quickly found an owner/operator transport service with an enclosed trailer to pick up my car and delivered on every promise he made to me. The truck driver, Chris, was totally professional and handled my car as if it was his own. Chris delivered my collector Corvette in only 2 days from Florida to Iowa and I cannot say enough good things about him or Jeff and Cascade Shipping as they patiently answered every one of my questions and reassured me throughout the process. What a marked contrast to the very poor experience I had with the first brokerage company that I had dealings with, which made all kinds of promises to me and broke every single one of them, and then also charged me a deposit fee for their so-called services, which I may never recover. Cascade Shipping doesn't do business that way, and was 100% professional at every turn. The transport cost was more than fair considering the superb service they provided to both the seller of my car and to me as purchaser. If and when I purchase another vehicle that requires a transport service, I will enlist their services again without hesitation. Thanks again to Jeff, Ellen, and staff at Cascade, and to Chris who delivered my car with his tractor/trailer to my driveway at our home without a single problem.

It sounds like you were done wrong by yet another non reputable broker that just wanted to take your money. As you saw our interest is taking care of our customers first.
