I have never had a vehicle transported before. This was very interesting to see how this process went. I got some advise from a local car dealer to review the ratings to narrow down my selection. By doing this it eliminated a lot of difficulties and concerns. The professionalism of Jeff was 5 star itself. Jeff was prompt, honest, and made me feel like I had known him my whole life. Jeff followed up with several phone calls in addition to providing me the information and online quote. I highly recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping if you have never transported a vehicle before. The customer service was first class and gets 2 thumbs up! I didn't give Jeff much time to work with and he still was able to transport the vehicle there before the requested date as he promised. Kudos to Jeff!!! If I ever have to have another vehicle transported I will go no further than Jeff. Thanks again Jeff for hitting a grandslam.... It is greatly appreciated and I hope the company realizes how much of an asset you are to them!!!
