It was difficult choosing a carrier as it was my first time to ship a car but am so glad that I trusted other reviewers. I find Cascade to have excellent service- Kim was very kind and everybody I dealt with was always courteous. Jeff even asked me to call back if I could think of any other questions that I may have.

My car was picked up from WA on time, and arrived to CA on time. Kim gave me the driver's cell number so we were constantly in touch throughout his trip. This gave me a lot of assurance that my car would get here safely.

I would recommend using Cascade to others, especially for their great service.
