Kim was a great help in coordinating everything to make my vehicle transport go smoothly. After conducting some serious online search using transportreview.com and the BBB, I found that the customer reviews over the previous 90 days won me over to CVS. They had 185 transports that occurred in 90 days with only a small percentage of comments less than five stars. Their competition came no where near that number of transports or 5 star ratings.

CVS pickup my vehicle on time in MA and delivered it on time in Texas. They helped save costs by recommending my vehicle be picked up from MA, rather than Maine, in a larger transport dispatch area. I took advantage of that and saved $50 on the cost of the transport. After placing my order online the following day Kim was able to schedule a transport. Based on my experience with CVS, the research I performed prior to placing my order, and the customer service I received after the sale, I would use CVS again and would recommend them to others.
