Cascade provided EXCELLENT service in all aspects of my transporter experience. Kim explained all of the details of vehicle shipping and answered all of my questions/concerns. Kim made a commitment to have my car shipped in a timely manner and lived up to every word. As soon as my order was placed, my car was picked up within 2 days and arrived to it's destination within 4 days. So in less than a week, I had my vehicle and was more than satisfied with this exceptional service. The truck driver also kept me informed of my vehicle's whereabouts and fulfilled his promise of delivering my vehicle quicker than I'd anticipate.
