It took a while to get a driver scheduled, and the information I got back about pick up was confused by the dispatcher with another car being picked up in the same state. When the pick up driver didn't call as expected, I got on the phone with Kimberly and she tracked down the problem and got things properly scheduled. That meant that the car was being picked up a day later than we thought, and we had to arrange for a neighbor to meet the pick-up driver. After that, things went as scheduled. Kimberly called back several times to check that everything was on-track. Her follow-up was much appreciated.
