Kimberly was very good at finding a carrier to go off the path to pick up the vehicle. It took some time but I was not in a rush to get the vehicle. She kept me informed of the status. Once a carrier was located she continued to follow-up to ensure that that I was satisfied. She contacted me following my notification of the delivery reminding me about the rebate program. Good service.
