Prior to deciding on a shipping company I performed exhaustive research on all the steps, relevant questions and any potential pitfalls of using a vehicle shipping service. The result is mixed - I saw there were plenty of options available but depending on the shipper and agent you could have a wonderful and painless experience or a terrible one. Fortunately, my experience was the former and not the latter. First of all, they did not sell my information out to other companies - I actually received a quote and call from Cascade directly - the same cannot be said about the other 2 companies I reached out to. When Kim got in contact with me she was very professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and walked me through their process. The whole experience was very transparent - which was very important to me. Another plus was it was extremely easy to work with Kim because she was reachable and forthcoming on all aspects of the transaction leading up to thru and finalizing the shipment process. I could not have stressed out more about this process and I have to say I am very happy with the whole transaction. The car even arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated, which was another plus. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend Cascade, as many others have in the past as well. It's a reputable company with great folks like Kim.
