Excellent service! I was able to arrange for transport within 10 days of contact of group. The contact person promptly returned calls and followed up with email regarding the contract. The details regarding the terms of agreement and transport process was well described. It would have been nice to know the specific carrier assigned to pick-up the vehicle. Also, this information would have allowed obtaining some background on the transporter. The service could have also supplied this directly and give possible options regarding the specific carrier. However, overall the service and transporter that carried the vehicle was great. At some point more detailed information of where the vehicle was on the transport carrier could also have been useful. The service readily accommodated a last minute change of day of pick-up to allow someone to be present. The transporters kept contact during the trip and frequent contact toward the day of delivery that permitted me to change my schedule to pick up vehicle. The location for pick up of the vehicle at delivery was close enough to residence that it did not cause undue additional driving. The price was reasonable and the contact personnel were prompt and courteous. Would use this service again!
