Overall good company. We did run across issue because we shipped 3 vehicles, but wanted 2 sent early and then the one after to avoid rentals. After a lot of calls it all worked out. Didn't care for the car carrier company used to ship first two (told Kim this) as he was late and didn't show when he said and he was very difficult to understand. Second carrier company was awesome - very pleasant to deal with.

I would use Cascade again as their prices were very reasonable and customer support was good.
