Jeff, who helped us in our process of shipping our car, was amazing. He knew exactly what he was talking about and gave us the reassurance that everything would work out right. I dropped our car off at Matson in Hawaii. It then was shipped overseas to California. Cascade then drove it all the way right to our house in Louisiana. It was so nice that it was brought straight to us and we didn't have to drive far away to retrieve it. We first chose Cascade because of their price. It was a pretty decent price & fit our budget. They originally said it would take a month for us to get our car but it actually took two weeks! I was so excited to hear that it was coming early. When the car got here, there were no damages at all. It looked just how I had left it. Cascade was very professinal and excellent. We plan on using them again next time we need to ship our vehicle. I would defintely suggest for other people to use Cascade and to consult with Jeff. He was so friendly and helpful. You can tell the people who work for Cascade are hardworking and reliable.
