This was our first time using any type of shipping company and we were unsure of what to expect. After calling around to over twenty different companies for quotes we chose Cascade. They had very competitive rates and actually were at the cheaper end of the spectrum. I spoke to Jeff on several occasions and he was very professional and helpful. The staff at cascade called me several times to update us on the status of our vehicle and anytime I had a question I was able to get through to a live person immediately. We have absolutely no complaints regarding any aspect of this company and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
