I have shipped cars before, so I feel very qualified to recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping. In one situation I had paid extra for door to door service. The driver transporting my car called from over 40 miles away so that I could come pick up my car. Since I didn't have a car (he had it) I couldn't exactly go pick it up. It took over 3 weeks to get my car after that. In another situation, it took over 5 weeks for the car to arrive (on a one week estimate) & when it did arrive, the driver charged me extra & would only accept cash & threatened to impound my car if I didn't pay. I needed the car so I paid. I really think he wouldn't take a check because he knew that as soon as he left I would have cancelled it.

I didn't have any problems with Cascade. We had a little confusion in the beginning because I was trying to get my car delivered on a specific day rather than having it picked up on a certain day. Jeff answered all my paranoid emails within 24 hours & never once lost his patience with me. (I probably would have lost my patience with me.) The car was picked up without a hitch, delivered ON TIME, completely damage free, & delivered to my home, despite living on a tiny street. At pickup I was given the truck driver's cell phone numberr so that I could check my car's progress.

In the end, I was very impressed. I had more problems with my movers. I will probably be shipping another car in about six months (a new BMW rather than my old beat up 4Runner) & I will most likely use Cascade again.
