I was so skeptical and nervous having to ship my vehicle for the first time. All kinds of thoughts went through my head such as, what if my car never arrives and is stolen or what if it arrives so damaged or driven by someone taking a joyride with my car. So, I just went with the best reviewed shipper I could find and Cascade was it. I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was friendly. Brenda was my helper and she was always reassuring and prompt whenever I had a question.
Even the actual transporter was very friendly. My car arrived exactly the way it left. No mileage was put on the vehicle so that meant it was never driven. No damage and the drivers were very well mannered. I expected some attitude from them, but instead received very professional, friendly dialogue from them.

I definitely will use Cascade again when I need my car shipped. I recommend it to anyone looking for a shipper.
