My experiences with Cascade were all positive even from the start. I found Cascade online while I was searching for an auto carrier for a vehicle I bought in Ohio. I went to Cascade's website and put in for an electronic quote, and the quote I got was cheaper than I expected it would be. I got a call from Jeff pretty soon after I put my quote in and he answered all the other questions I had, even though I wasn't sure I wanted to use them or not yet.

All in all Cascade and Jeff were very helpful. The pickup was arranged relatively quickly, especially since Ohio to New Hampshire isn't exactly a common route.

I had to delay my original pickup the first time that we had scheduled due to a problem on the pickup end, but they were extremely helpful and didn't offer a peep of complaint or give me any problems or grief. The second pickup we scheduled was right before Memorial Day and the delivery was right after Memorial Day, so communication during the holiday weekend was kind of difficult, but all in all everything went well with the transport.

The delivery also went well. The driver called me well in advance like I asked. I knew the driver wasn't going to be able to get his truck in and out the place I live, so when he called we worked out somewhere close by that we could meet. My only negative experience throughout the whole process was that my vehicle was pretty dirty when it got here, but it was in an open carrier so I really can't complain too much.

All in all, I give them an A and I'd use them again and recommend them to friends.

Derrick, I was happy to make sure that this experance was as seamless as possable. The fact that you had to cancel the first truck was not a big dea.l We understand life happen and thing can change, it happens to us from time to time as well. If you ever need us again just call.
