Cascade vehicle shipping is a great company with excellent service. Kim was my agent and gave me a great price ($900 per vehicle) for shipping both my vehicles from CT to Utah. They match prices with other competitive companies.

I was satisfied with the overall service by CVS but the carrier did not deliver on the specified date/time. I had requested for the delivery to be made after 6pm if on a weekday and the truck driver agreed to it at the time of pickup but didn't keep his word. He called my friend who was supposed to pick up the vehicle in Utah and told him that the truck engine broke down and he won't be to deliver on the specified date, instead would deliver the next day. That would have been fine but he said he couldn't deliver after 6pm, which was very inconvenient for my friend as he had to make arrangements at work without prior notice (he is a physician).

Also, there was some disconnect with Cascade and the truck driver as he would not keep them informed of the delivery date (each of them gave me a different delivery date - which was very confusing) or the changes to the delivery schedule.

Its no fault of Cascade, and they have an excellent and knowledgable staff. Overall, I'm happy with the service and I am hoping that my second vehicle delivery is not as inconvenient as the first one.
