Cascade raised the quote $100 a couple of days before vehicle was to ship, putting me in a predicament....so, of course I had to accept that. The vehicle arrived on time...but, DON'T expect your $50 rebate...I started e-mailing at 6 weeks, finally after 10 weeks of them actually lying to me telling me the check had been "created"...I had to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and my states Attorney General. That did the trick! Finally, after 11 weeks, I received my rebate...these people are deceitful and use unsavory business practices..just sayin.

Lisa, I am so sorry it took so long for the rebate. Even though it did take a little longer than estimated, you did receive your rebate, so we are in no way deceitful. We did follow through and delivered the rebate. We had a huge response with this rebate program and the company has fallen alittle behind in the amount of time it has been taking. I did everything I could to help you. Again I am sorry. Kimberly
