after a poor expierence with another carrier I was skeptical when I contacted cascade. wow, what a difference it is when you find a carrier that cares about customer service. brenda was like a breath of fresh air. she was clear, direct and a great communicator. she promptly returned my calls and gave me accurate information. my truck was picked up on time and delivered accross the country within the estimated time frame. Brenda followed up with me after delivery to insure that the truck arrived safely and asked about the performance/communication of the driver. it was a pleasure to work with Brenda and Cascade. I would recommend them to others needing this service
