The customer service was great throughout our experience - Jeff was very helpful, personable, and informative. They only slight issue was that, even though the company quoted us a certain total price at the beginning, it ended up increasing by $50 because the driver of the semi that agreed to actually ship our car wanted $50 more to be willing to pick up the car than what Cascade quoted us originally. Cascade split the difference with us, but we still ended up paying more ($25) than we were quoted. It seemed as though the entire difference between quote and driver's asking price should have been covered by the company, as far as we were concerned. But again, it was only $25 extra that we ended up having to pay, so it is not really a big issue (it is just the principle of the situation). But still, a very good experience overall - we would definitely recommend them to others.
