This was my first auto shipping experiance and my cascade rep. Brenda was the best.
She stayed on top of it and kept me informed. One of the reasons I decided to use cascade was that the reps from other conpanys did not follow uo as efficently as cascade did.
There trucker called me several times about the pick up date and time so I was never in the dark.
Overall it was a great experiance and I would surely reccomend Cascade to my friends.Be sure to ask for Brenda. But I'm sure that there other reps. are trained just as well.
