She gave me the info straight like it was, polite, professional. The driver who agreed to pick up the car asked for more money than the original agreement and that was outside of Adriana's control however she agreed to pay out of her comission to pick up half of what the drivers was asking which was fair and the right thing to do.
I had some misunderstandings with the driver however it had to do with his level of english and when it was all said and done the diver was honest and did all that he could to make sure I was happy with his service and explained why they needed to charge more money. I was ok with it all when I drove away with my van.
Over all Adriana and everyone in the office where she works did a great job, they are on top of things and are very well orginized, they follow up with you and give you the information they have at hand when they have it so you have all the up to date info on the transaction.
I did some shopping around this time about who I would hire for the service however next time that I need the same service I will not waste time looking around I dont know if they are the best out there but to me they are excellent.
