The shipping company themselves were very nice and professional towards me. We had some trouble getting the car picked up by the driver but the agent helping me was very helpful and did everything she could possible to make sure the problem was resolved. Even though the car was picked up a few hours late it was delivered to its destination on time with no further problems. If I had to use any agency again to move my car I would absolutely consider using Cascade again and I would also recommend them to anybody else.
