This is the 5th or 6th time I have used Cascade and once again they have done a fantastic job. After horrible experiences with other carriers (DAS is about as honest as any other criminal enterprise) I was very thankful to have Cascade recommended to me by a friend. Kim had my quote emailed before I even hung up the phone. I recommend them to all my friends and as a collective group we have shipped dozens of cars without a problem.

I made the mistake of going with the cheapest carrier one time, after a month of no contact I had to call the state highway patrol to find my car. Now that I use cascade I don't bother getting any other quotes. I have never waited more than a week for a car from the day that I call and get my quote. Trust is the most important issue when dealing with carriers.
