My family was moving, and on fairly short notice, as my husband was being moved to a new duty station for the Army. Brenda from CVS was SUPER helpful and eased my nerves about shipping our car. I was originally going to make the drive down but I have 2 small children and some of my family was very upset and made it very clear that they did not want me driving over 2000 miles with 2 kids in the car. Unless you are moving overseas, the military does not pay to transport your vehicle so I started getting quotes and also found a website strictly dedicated to the reviews of transport companies. It was also very helpful in making my decision. I had received some lower quotes and because we were having to pay for the transport out of our own pocket, i was looking for the best deal too. After doing my research, most of the companies with the lower quotes had less that mediocre reviews and some of them werent even on the review site. I chose to use CVS based on the fact that they were one of the lowest quoted, with the best review and after speaking to Brenda on the phone, the deal was sealed. She was very helpful. When we set up the transport, we didnt have an address on the receiving end yet and I was worried about the delivery because my husband was going to be doing field training for several days and would not be available to take delivery of the car until a certain date. CVS was completely willing to help me out and make sure that the scheduled pick up would make for a proper delivery date. I was very pleased with the entire process and if we could have afforded it, I would ship our other car too.
