From the initial contact by phone to the final delivery; Michell and Cascade Vehicle Shipping have been courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and timely. The rates were very reasonable and laid out for me in an easy to understand manner that makes me very willing to recommend Michelle and Cascade Vehicle to others that might need the services of a quality, trusted auto shipping company.
Michelle was very helpful from the beginning; laying out the entire process from the beginning to the final delivery. Each step was clearly outlined and very easy to understand and follow. I really enjoyed the fact that each step of the way, I would get an email, notifying me that a truck search was in process, a truck had been found and dispatched, and that the pickup had been made with an estimated delivery time.The constant followup that I have received on this auto shipment has left me feeling very confident; from the emails to the phone calls from Michelle, the whole process has been professional and top notch. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend their services to anyone looking for a reasonably priced auto transporter that delivers. I never felt pressured by Michelle, rather I felt secure that I was dealing with the right company.
