my father in law passed away and my mother in law gave his truck to our college aged daughter after the funeral. our daughter was driving back to college at the end of the week. i had to move fast to get the truck shipped to florida from the northeast. i went on line and the first gracious person on the phone was michelle.

she was incredible, helpful, understanding, effecient and honest. she had a driver in ONE hour at a price i could afford and then emailed me several times with updates. she was a SOFT sell not a hard sell she didn't speak poorly of any other company or representative as many of the others did. she also followed up on my questions promptly. i left one message on her machine and i had a call back within five minutes.

this was an extremely stressful time for my family and the last thing i needed was a shipper who didn't show up as planned and didn't perform as requested. Michelle from Cascade was completely reliable and on target. unlike the competition. i really needed the truck here by thursday so we could make several repairs prior to the college return. James got the truck here 24 hours early!!! so instead of trying to connect from work he arrived last night at my convenience and the truck was delivered where i wanted it! he was incredible with a fabulous attitude!

michelle then followed up this afternoon to ensure the truck had arrived and that i had no problems. you know, when you are in crisis the few times angels come your way to help you just don't know how to express gratitude. in this case michelle was our angel and james was her helper. you are in good hands with her and you can TRUST her which is worth ever cent you pay!
