I'm in the United State Air Force and am currently stationed at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. Originally being from Washington State, my car was too far for me to drive from there to here. Most car shipping companies were estimating around $1,200 to ship my car, and being an A1C, I don't make that much money. Luckily, I found Cascade. They were there to help and not rip me off. My primary contact, Michelle, was absolutely wonderful. She returned my calls, answered my questions and all around made me feel completely comfortable doing service with them. She talked to me on a personal level instead of "just another customer." I really appreciated her, and sometimes she even made my day better while I was at work. I know that sometime again in the future I will get orders to a new base and once I do, I will most certainly call Cascade.

As for the vehicle itself, it arrived relatively on time, but it definitely looked like it had been through the desert on a horse with no name. Next time, I will probably find a car cover to use to prevent it from getting so dirty. My car was also damaged slightly. The hood was dented from another car being put on top of it. I have sent the shipper a quote of the cost of damages, but have yet to hear back from him.

In summary, Cascade vehicle shipping is a great company for people who have a low budget. As a member of the United States Military, I can safely say that this is the prime choice for military members.
