Overall, they picked up the car before we left town and delivered it the same day it was promised (albeit many hours late). So my gripes are mostly due to the fact that I wanted more for what I paid. I guess going for the lowest bidder has it's downsides. They picked up the car one day after the 2 day pick up window. Even though they had 7+ days to drive the car from Chicago to LA, my mother in law had to wait almost an entire day for the car to arrive (it got there at 8pm). Then, the driver said he couldn't his truck into their subdivision - he eventually was coaxed into driving the car to the house.
As I said at the start - they got my car from point A to point B undamaged in roughly the timeframe promised for the lowest price. Michelle was helpful in troubleshooting when several problems arose during the process. I would probably use Cascade for my next move.
