Jeff managed to get my car picked up in mid-winter in Bozeman, Montana - a challenge! He kept in touch with me at all times and I felt well-informed about the process. The car was delivered to Washington, DC in three days. It did travel cross-country in an open transport in winter, so the exterior was very dirty, but none the worse for wear.
