I contacted Cascade to ship my son's car from California to New York and I dealt with Jeff Newell. He was pleasant, knowledgable and realistic about the estimated time for pick up and delivery, especially since it was mid December,the Christmas holidays were approaching and the weather across the country was beginning to worsen.
The pick up went smoothly. The transporter contacted us prior to pick up so we could come home from work to release the vehicle. The transportation truck was new, clean and in excellent condition. The driver was courteous and worked quickly. which allowed us to return to work.
The delivery was completed within the estimated timeframe provide even with severe weather occurring in Upstate New York area. There was no damage to the vehicle and the amoutn due at delivery was what had been quoted.
I would recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping to others and would definately use them again.
