I had never had a vehicle shipped before, so this was a new experience for me. The individual I purchased my vehicle from (online) had been using Cascade for quite a while and strongly recommended we use them for my vehicle purchase. I am glad we did because everything went very smoothly.

I had several phone conversations with Michelle during the shipping process. She was courteous, prompt, and professional. I also got the sense she enjoyed her job and she was more than willing to help in any way she could. She also took the time to listen to my concerns.

All and all I had a very uneventful vehicle shipment experience, which is was a wanted. The vehicle was picked up, it was delivered, there was no damage, and my questions were answered in the process.

I would recommend and use Cascade Vehicle Shipping in the future.
