I got a quote from Cascade Auto way back in September '09 but did not end up transporting my vehicle until last week. Jeff from Cascade actually remembered talking to me about my quote back in Sept. and within an hour or two he called me back with a transporter name and said they would most likely pick up my vehicle the very next day! Jessica called me that evening and we ended up having her and her husband pick up the car that next day (01/09/10) around 1230pm. They were about two hours later than anticipated, but the motorcycle they picked up before me was not running so the delay made sense. Once they got there they were very quick, friendly and professional. It was delivered by 10pm 1/10/10 in the same condition it was in before transport. Overall, I am very pleased. The friendliness and quickness of Jessica and her husband made up the late pickup. Otherwise everything was testbook.
