Michelle was lovely and effective, and spent a great deal of time and effort not only brokering the transport but holding my hand, figuratively, when a major snowstorm delayed the pickup (on my end, not the shippers end) for several days. the driver was polite and expert and flexible. the car arrived on time and in perfect condition. all in all a class act
