I was with another company before that was horrible then I saw the reviews on transport reviews I was alittle scared and wasn't sure if I should go with them but when I talked to nikole she was awesome she knew what she was talking about and she let me know what was going on at all times. The lady that transfers calls can use a little help because I was on hold for longer then a lifetime but no worry as long as nikole was there to help me out.
Thanks Nikole if I could ever help you out I would and the driver was spectacular he let me watch the whole loading and unloading. He called me to let me know where he was and when I had a little bad dream of my car I called nikole and she called the driver right away and got him on the phone and we were able to know where he was.
