Why? Because at the end of the day although there were issues with primarly the person of contact Nick...Basically communication issues as far as: Name of Co. picking up/when I was being charged and by who/relevance of a company being contracted by cascade/ and lastly the form of payment the shippers are to recieve(I was told by check) and they needed CASH! Its hard to come up with $670 cash on a Sunday when Banks are closed and there are usually atm limits on amounts withdrawn in one transaction. Although all the major miscommunications happened, I think the Company really cares about its service and customers although I would make sure to go with another representative.
