Jeff did an outstanding job walking me through the auto transport process. Was familiar with the vintage Scout that was being shipped. Had no problem with the driver delivering the Scout to a storage unit in Cashiers since I would not be available. Am recommending Cascade's...and Jeff's... service to my sister who is shipping a Saab from Tennessee to California.
