Being the first time that I have ventured into the auto transport world, I was very pleasantly surprised. I picked Cascade because of their 5 star rating and their flexibility. I was moving my son's car from Hollywood to Vermont. I had plenty of time ...3 weeks ..to work with. Plenty of time for unforeseeable delays. I worked with Jeff who was honest and very professional. The estimate was $1200 which clearly was a bit on the high side but he explained that the car might just sit and not be picked up by a trucker if the price is too low. I also liked that the deposit was not put through until the car was picked up.The car was picked up exactly at the earliest date...Dec. 1 .. and was in Vermont 6 days later. It will be there when I go up for Christmas... I am happy. I have already recommended Cascade to my son's friend who loaded the car and dealt with Jeff and he was clearly impressed. Thanks Cascade.
