It was going to be awkard to use the pickup service and so I delivered the vehicle to the storage lot of the trucking company. There was some confusion about the address and when I discovered that the address was not right I called Jeff at Cascade. He quickly found out the correct address and I made the further journey to that location. Although it was a hassle it worked out OK. We were kept apprised of the predicted arrival time and then some further handholding when the driver got confused about the fact that he had two vehicles of the same make and model. The most important thing is that the vehicle arrived in good condition. I would recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping to friends.
