The staff was very professional in all aspects of my transaction with them. They kept in touch with me and were accommodating. When my car ended up not being available on the date specified, they kept looking for another transport and found one the next day. Kim was very helpful in all aspects, as was another employee who I think was named Nick. The final price did end up being $39 more than the quoted price. I would call them again.
