I shipped a Mazda 6 from Maui to Dallas through Cascade. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives and I would recommend them to anyone I know on Maui.

Positives:
- Can't beat the price. Hundreds of dollars cheaper than booking through the shipping company direct.
- Very friendly and helpful service. Thank you Kim.
- Car was delivered within blocks of final destination.

Negatives:
- Difficult to narrow down expected delivery date due to coordinating communication between companies.
- Took almost a week longer than quoted.
- Texting. Texting is fine when everything is going to plan. However, when delivery dates are changed and problems occur, I prefer discussing it directly.

John, I am happy you were happy with our service, I do want to apologize again for the delays with the trucking company. We have put them on a Do Not Use and have reported them to the dispatch center. They did not come through from their end. If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know. Thanks Kim
