I was uncertain about the whole process never having shipped a car before. Kim was reassuring, professional, and very informative. Not only that, but my car arrived in Honolulu even earlier than I expected! I was very pleased (and then didn't have to get a rental car for the interim). I would use Cascade Shipping again. I felt comfortable with them and reassured. Lots of companies sent e-mails to me when I initially made the internet inquiry, but I am glad that I went with this company.
